4 Run Broad Catalogue
Create one UK SmartCart catalogue item for each detailed supermarket product
Direct Product Name Catalogue
This replaces the old staged catalogue build. Each row in supermarket_item_prices is classified directly into an everyday UK shopping name and one of the SmartCart categories, then linked immediately when confidence is high enough.
Examples: Tesco Auto Performance Motor Oil 5W-40 2L becomes Motor Oil. Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Dessert becomes Chocolate Dessert, not Milk.
